Oliver Bailey

Oliver has held office as a Director and CEO of the Doyen Group since 2010 and he is the principal shareholder. He was educated at Dulwich College, a private school in London which was founded in 1619. He represented the College at Cricket, Rugby and Hockey.  Oliver received the “Leading Sales Revenue Award”, awarded by Leading Edge Recruitment 1999, 2000 and 2002. He also received the “Salesperson of the Year” from MSB International PLC in 2004, 2005 and 2006.  He is also a Committee Member of Dulwich Prep Old Boys Association, and his forthcoming speaking engagements include a lecture on the subject of careers advice at the request of Dr Joseph Spence, Master of Dulwich College.

Rafe Easter

Rafe is a Director and COO of the Doyen Group. He left school in 1992 and joined the family construction business involved in the development of starter homes and apartments across East Sussex. Rafe moved from property to IT recruitment and worked throughout the mid 1990’s in the sales team of Olympian Consultancy, a leading IT recruitment firm. He left that team and founded Oxygen 8 Ltd in 1998, to pursue his own vision of a solution to connect highly skilled overseas workers with UK clients. Rafe Joined Doyen Group as a Director and Shareholder in 2014.

Daniel Richardson

Daniel has a long 25 year career in recruitment and is the former CEO and founder of multiple IT Recruitment agencies. He achieved inclusion onto the Sunday Times Fast Track 100 list of fastest growing privately owned companies in the UK for three straight years. Daniel , has consulted for a broad range of businesses around the world and has a demonstrable track record of increased profitability and expansion across a broad range of industry sectors. Daniel joined the Doyen team in 2016 as the CEO of the new USA operation.
