Along with our multi-cultural policies with regards to diversity, Doyen is also committed to equality on all levels. We ask all prospective clients about their own policies to do with equal pay and opportunities for women, and whether they have procedures and policies in place to deal with sexual harassment and complaints and also how friendly their policies are with regards to pregnancies, motherhood and breast-feeding.
